Halfway There: 7 Ways to Reset & Rise for the Rest of 2026

Can you believe we're already halfway through 2026? July offers a beautiful opportunity to pause before the second half of the year begins. Rather than rushing into new goals, I like to think of this month as a chance to reset, reflect, and reposition ourselves for what's ahead.

Here are seven simple ways I'm resetting this month, and perhaps they'll inspire you, too.

1. Pause Before You Push

Before adding more to your calendar, take a moment to celebrate how far you've come. Growth isn't only measured by what you've accomplished. It's also reflected in who you've become.

2. Do a Mid-Year Check-in

  • What's working and bringing me energy?

  • What feels heavy and no longer aligned?

  • What do I want more of in the second half of this year?

  • Which intention needs my attention?

Sometimes the smallest shifts create the biggest transformation.

3. Move Your Body with Joy

Movement is one of the fastest ways to reconnect with yourself. Whether it's yoga, Pilates, strength training, or a walk outside, choose movement that leaves you feeling energized rather than depleted.

4. Upgrade Your Hydration

A small habit with a big impact. Adding electrolytes, fresh cucumber, or mint to my water helps me stay energized and hydrated throughout the day. Nowadays, my favorite is Magna Ice Tea Lemonade and Watermelon Mint.

5. Declutter Digital Space

The content we consume shapes our energy. This month, I'm unfollowing accounts that drain me and making room for voices, ideas, and brands that inspire me.

6. Schedule a Wellness Date

A wellness experience can be just as meaningful as a dinner reservation. Whether it's a yoga class, sound bath, Pilates session, or a mindful morning with a friend, intentional experiences help us reconnect with ourselves and others.

7. Choose Your Energy for the Rest of the Year

Complete this sentence: "For the rest of 2026, I want to feel more ________ and less ________." Then choose one small habit that supports that you can start today that supports that intention.

The second half of the year doesn't require becoming someone new. It simply invites you to return to what matters most.

Here's to moving with intention, embracing new possibilities, and finding your flow, one step at a time.

With soul + flow,
